You know living in a world these days -earth, since i am in fact a human being.maybe not normal but still- fashion and beauty has so obviously become one of those things it revolves around.
It not even deniable, they made a movie about prada for goodness sake, pushing aside the weak fact that its about a girl overcoming her timidness and sticking it up to the man and blah blah.
Its about the prada essentially.
Fashion used to be a creative outlet, still is( i mean some of the photoshoots are really good.-points to the one on top-) but only slighly more expensive.Thats not a problem actually, the problem is how rabid people are to go after fashion, making it a gaudy fad in about 3 secs flat after its been out debuted.
I am not even sure why i am writing this.
And then suddenly your whole attire is attributed to who you are. If you wear black you are in desperate need of attention, you are cheerfully optimistic if you wear orange and whatever crap analysis people have time to make.
Its crazy i tell you. And the worst part is that its even seeping to children when they are so young and ought to be running around naked in the swimming pool.
Yea,there there is to obsessive fixation on beauty. You know how hypocritical some magazines are sometimes, especially the teen ones. They can show you ad,after ad of those prissy models and then have an article on how being skinny is absolutly not a must. Hello, if you are trying to counter those ads then its too late pal. A picture speaks a thousand words! It more then the total word count of your article.
Fashion is fine, beauty is fine but the way people are manipulating it. ITS NOT FINE.
Oh right, fashion is so easily demolished. And beauty is just such a passing fad.
And can i ask just what is up with teenagers these days, what is it about dating at 13 and then crying that you are losing yourself when you really aren't, just using as an excuse to be well i don't know what you are exactly trying to be - general term here- teenage years are about finding yourself, not losing. Thats just an utter waste of time.
Hey everyone is privvy to some teenage weaknesses but faking them is just trying to confine what the media wants you to think.
Speaking of which,we should really read more and not just Harry Potter either which is great and all but really reading. You know BOOKS.Newspaper instead of just a staple diet of teen mags. Thats like dessert. Too much ain't good for you.
You know i think some people have got it right, we should really start mourning for our generation.
And i am not being angry.

I am feeling disgustingly happy today.
I wasn't even sure that was possible.
Even though i have just drunk plum wine which i am sorry to report tastes very fermented. But my father went " Its wine" very matter-a-factly.So i am not disposed to argue about am i.
I woke up todays to another pop-song and foot-ball match analysis.
And i ate a banana. ALthough its probaly not the best thing to pop into your mouth in the early morning because its dry and sticky at the same time.
I don't know, then we discussed about cliques today. Especially at girls school, personally i blame it on western movies like mean girls that spawn a whole new generation of regina george wanna-bes. Except that we can't because all of us are wearing school uniforms which makes setting trends a bit more difficult.
I also found ozone depletion really nice today because the polar caps are melting. Its nothing to be happy about.I know we could all drown but the thought of human beings destroying ourselves by using all sorts of chemicals and that we were so stupid not to see it till late.
Which was why i was doodling in my diary "Stupid is as Stupid Does"
By recess time half the class was gone.the classroom was empty and it was a serene change because normally its seems to be bursting at seams with all the laughs and personality.38 might be fun.
We did comperhension for english. Its not an excitable reason but it was because i didn't really need to flex my brain.
Then it was the last lesson of E.lit with Mrs Sushilla and half he class wasn't even there to say goodbye. I don't think i will miss her dearly or anything but it would mean one less good teacher around.
I mean she was one dynamic teacher even though she waas turning sixty. Her persona seems to empower her subject which is a really good thing because it breaths life into her teaching.
I have his theory that some teachers are like wine, finer as they age.Their experience gives the right taste to the students ofcourse, they age gracefully, willing to change with the times and whatever. But really is the way of teaching that counts.
I mean look,Ms Quek is a really good teacher ,she loves math and she shows it.She grows on you.
New teachers straight from the N.I.E are really flat or as Isabelle said about people being one-dimensional,although i am pretty sure one-dimensional is a line. Its just that they give the really silly impression that they might have been manufaactured by the dozens. Its so commercial i am surprised there is no factory churning out teachers.Fine its not true of all teachers, but its true of most.I am sure many of them will be better when they are older.
I even picked out a pink book today by meg cabot, not that i have anything against pink books, but i picked it up without thinking "ugh this is pink" I also found the source of my inspiration for one of my essays. Did i mention that i actually enjoyed Algebraic Manipulation today?
I have been weirded out i am sure Weiling is having the time of her life playing her french horn.I think she is good if practising till her face is red is any testimonial. Perhaps i will get some clips from the jubilate.
I am just feeling so optimistic. Its not normal.
Seriously

“Too many people confine their exercise to jumping to conclusions, running off at the mouth, stretching the truth, bending over backwards, lying down on the job, side stepping responsibility, swimming against the current and pushing their luck.”
5.00am-My sister's phone cum alarm clock starts ringing. She has recorded some henious song to work as the alarm ring.I tell her to shut it up.I go back to sleep
5.03am-My Father passes my door and whispers thereatically,I am awake already. I try squeezing my eyes.
5.05am-There is a click of the television.
6.00am-I am up but not awake, turns out that my father's watching a match analysis of last night match.Bother.
then for morning assembly we begin the day with a morbid death.or celebration. It depends on how you look at it.but really.car crash in the states.Remind me my life might end any time so i will probaly have to meet earlier deadlines then the rest.
There were lots of awards. And 12 new teachers. Our principle needs hugs.
You know when the teachers say they missed us during the holidays.I think they mean it.Which is actually kinda surprising, because you know that you are going to get them angry again and they might be silently cursing why she chose a path as a teacher.
I think its fair. Sometimes i curse at why i chose a path as a student.
There is a change of timetable, which means we all brought the wrong books to school.
Chinese was games, our form teacher has a knack of choosing the most unsual things to wear.I would say its lolita but i am not sure.Nope.Not sure at all.
Yes.
The buzz is back.

Wellthis is it
Well,this is it.
To say a hearty farewell to holidays.
Towards hell with florescent lighting.
Although really, that is a little too extreme.
Today,(night wahtever)I protest against improper labeling.
You see when you name a shop Candyland,I expect candy. But no.They are selling clothes and other merchandise.Anything but sweets!
It just as bad when they name a children help foundation M.I.L.K even worse, that they stand for mainly I love kids. Its just, mainly I love kids? It sends out wrong signals and provide loopholes to laugh at.
Good night

So Bill Gates is officially distancing himself from work.
But his creations aren't distancing themselves from me.There is still powerpoint left to do.
i am tring to enjoy the last moments of freredom without tensing up which is proving a challenge itself,so many things emerge undone at this critcal point in time.
It does not help that epebble is down either, how am i suppose to mark my ANSWERS?????
But i have taken trips outside the house and this person here is very irritated to find that almost everybody is carrying the same type of bag.
We are not ADVERTISMENT/COMMERCIAL slaves to nike or that rooster brand (which name escapes me)people.
There is world beyond roxy or whatever.
Anyway on a Happier note.Crippleboy is out, just in case you didn't know :)Click for Crippleboy

I finally completed watching this.It feels like such an accomplishment.
I have learnt not to expect much from Disney these days owning to some very cheesy and unfortunate made for tv movies.
This was actually very good :) They made cliche good and thats what i admire about this movie. It has its minor drawbacks e.g. simple plot, cheesy script, lack of a supposed kiss at the end of the movie.
Its script wasn't too good either but some really good lines made up for that so did the excellent chereographing.I mean these kids are being taught DANCING by a 50 year old guy who looks like he needs to hit the gym himself.
I am rapidly becoming obsessed with the show.
I think its becoming unhealthy.
I think i shall go download more songs from the movie.

I am just going to introduce you to some added features(thimble-loads of html actually)
I just put up a creative common license. My friend told me about it and i thought it would be funny to put a copyright on the website. This is how it looks like
So while you may fiddle with anything on this site it fully requires you to credit accordingly.
Its a copyright, but its looser,if you want to get one yourselfclick here
I guess it will come up useful.I also put up a online user counter,so i am suppose to see how many people are looking at my sight at the very moment. Now for example there is 5.
Its very funny, there seems to be constantly be people here except during the afternoons.
So just added fun i thought i would like you to know.
I will tell you when i get an I.P tracker :)

So with 6 days left and counting.
Our holidays are ready to end with the dull thud of chained doors.
It sounds much like dreaded fun.
You know you are back home when you come back from overseas.
After a week in another country,
The moment that airplane hits the ground.
The monotonous way the captain or cabin crew asks you not to move from your seat.
The phones show that they have connected with telephone service
Your feet and the whole blast of humidity hits you.
And the whole burden of work you supposedly left behind is readily clmibing on your back again. They just love us so.
This is just creating such a mood isn't it.And i know that most of you had to go back to school so there isn't much point in this holiday is there.
Did you know that it is also horrendously difficult to get a good haircut.
It goes wrong.Every single time.EVen if it starts out right.
The hairdresser today decided to use gel to give me a more pillow-rumpled,i mean " natural" look.
See,if i wanted to do that,i wouldn't have combed my hair when i woke up this morning.
To the world's absolute credit, the globe is indeed round.
Globe=Glob=Blob
Which doesn't make much sense. But this equation really does.Check it out:

Its just delusioned nonsense to relieve someones guilty conscience.Don't let it get to you.
If i were you, the"you" addressing all who read the previous half of the sentence, would probaly end off with something like that was so random.
More likely you would stare at me and roll your eyes and utter the same words.
Fact is that I-
