Do schools today kill creativity? (Ken Robinson, TEDTalks)


Flaws in education systems are prevalent throughout the world.

Teacher's aren't getting paid enough, some stifle creativity others are breeding grounds for junkie addicts.

I have never heard of Sir Ken Robinson but I think this is one of the best speeches I've heard.

Imagining all insects extinct would bring along the downfall of the world as we know it. Imagining all humans extinct would allow the entire earth to flourish once again.

If we don't contribute to the world by using our gifts of creativity, can i just say.

I have also discovered the evils of daytime tv. Never having watched it before because of previous preoccupation.
They screen cartoons for the most part. Slowly driving you mad with its theme songs and mindless routine. ("Hey everybody I'm Dora the explorer. Now lets pretend I don't know where the coconut tree is and you spend half an hour telling me where it is!")
Almost as bad as sitting on a "Its a small world ride" and learning the song in all the different languages.

Day time TV is Satan.

I am currently pondering on the complexity of facebook.

I don't really get it. Why do I want to throw sheep.

Or does that sheep want to be thrown.

Bookwise
I have two books to keep me busy. A new book by Meg Rosoff and Lord of the Rings. So far there have been talking trees and two boys and a hut. Not necessarily in that order.

Mysterious white stranger is a male.

Highly stylised here but a male nonetheless.

However,i don't really care if you are a female who wants to do a male voice or transsexual who hasn't changes his/her voice box yet.

It will take me another ten years before I'm ready for another trip to the zoo.

It is exhausting and the animals lull me to sleep.

Well the end of exams have proven interesting
