Todaywise
We were given a sex education talk on STIs and Aids.

Speaker: I want to say that I'm-
Stacy starts laughing hysterically
Speaker:also a CHIJ girl

A few minutes later...
Stacy:I thought she was going to say she had Aids

We also played softball. In my opinion, it is the most useless game to be taught. We run around and try to catch people with gloves.

I think i would have preferred playing Police and Thief.

Schoolwise
We have officially rescheduled so i'm trying to figure out which day of the week i hate the most.

Teacherwise
We have a new chemistry teacher. He started off the class by telling us how to save him when he has an heart attack and he has a website and he's 49.
He keeps screwing up his face, looking lost before remembering what he wants to do.
Very astute.

Tearmyhairoutwise
Men are still killing each other in the books
Being editor is going to be hard. For the most part,I think i lost my compass.

CAPwise
Done one story. Four more to go.Wondering where I'm going to get any inspiration.

Otherwise
Today i burnt my maths homework. Not that i hate it. But paper is just so burnable.

Endwise
"Sarcasm is the last refuge of the imaginativly bankrupt"
"I can't help it. I use my rapier wit to hide my inner pain"- city of bones

Entertainmentwise

I finished the TVB drama Heart of Greed.I have finally remembered why Taiwan dramas are nothing compared to the compelling story lines that Hong Kong throws at us.

Musicwise
I have discovered the music of a dead singer: Tiny Tim
You might remember his vocals from shows like Sponge Squarepants.

Very distinctive.

WTFwise

At times like these,I loath Hollywood

Just a quick question though.Since the tagline is out of the box and we all know what bratz dolls look like why aren't they heads digitally enlarged to look like this:

Schoolwise
I hate homework.

Blogwise
Major revamp coming up where i will give the blog a whole new makeover.Including the links department where i am considering using pictures as links to blog.Plus i need to update them. You can drop a line to what your link should look like.

Endwise
Shakespeare is going to take me out for high-tea.Toodles.

My sister made rock cakes! Orange flavoured ones.

I helped beat the egg.

Sister: Where are the sprinkles?

Me:Uh...

Sister:I thought you were putting it inside the cake?

Me: I put it on top and i sorta ate them

Sister: Sprinkle Stealer!

If there's one animation studio who loves their work, its Pixar.

For one thing, Money to them is almost relative. Which is saying a lot compared to other studios.*coughdreamworkscough*

I just chanced by their new animation due in Summer 2008 and the trailer looks amazing.

It holds a lot of promises, although the whole thing is just about a minute long.

Reportedly, its going to be devoid of any dialogue Which is interesting, its like taking Charlie Chaplin and infusing it with the best technology the world has to give. An odd mesh i suppose, but we do talk a lot.

Icon later, when itunes stops being a jerk.

On to unhappier things,

It must be understood that one of the greatest achievements of the Romance of the Three Kingdoms(三國演義) is the extreme complexity of its stories and characters

I don't get the translation of the chinese title to english. There is nothing remotely romantic in the whole story unless warring is considered as mating.

I'm only at chapter 3 right now and so far 2 people have died already. There are a lot of chapters in this book.

It is with these novels that my appreciation for chinese culture wavers.

Look!

Books! Scott Westerfeld has compiled the best reading list for the year.Further details here

I have finished my camp at SPH. Slightly uneventful except when Utt appeared.St Nicholas has cemented its status as the school with the girl who pulled his hair out.

Two pieces of hair and none of them were blond. Boring black.

Then Natalie and I got interviewed for a Harry Potter article.

The reporter wanted both of us to dress in wizard robes for a cover photo in IN which we strongly opposed to. Apparently many people are enthusiatic to be on a cover.

If you take a moment to envision me in a witches' hat, you would understand that its not exactly cover material.

United Planktons.

Overheard in Perth

Young Woman on phone:....Yeah she found the dead rat in front of her doorstep. Ofcourse i put it there! No one takes a trip down to perth for fun.

Goth girl 1# : I was kissing him and i was like i should stop kissing him because i wanted to tell him that he already had a girlfriend that he had sex with 99% of the time. But i didn't.Do you think i should have?
Goth Girl 2#: What did the oracle say?

Apology for vanishing without a trace.

Its a cool feeling though like you are being wiped off the government system and you do not exist.

Simply existing is overrated anyway.

So, i did my existing over at Perth which is a sleepy state.

However, the conversations that you overheard are much more interesting then what the aunties are talking about here.

Photos:
No fancy work here.Pure colours, captured as best as i could with a 5 mega pixel camera.

Here's a new twist: Why did the kangaroo cross the road?

[Insert inspirational quotes here]

This is made of limestones!

Singapore doesn't offer this colour palette. Most of the time the colours here are dull. Either that or it looks like a glossy magazine cover. That's why most movies shot here look like a ready made tourist traps.

I got cut off my broadband for 2 hours.

Who cuts off my broadband.

Why i ougtta.

Blind them with terrible and horribly inappropriate medieval clothing
That didn't come out right.
Oh i know!

Blast them from a cannon

And i lost that post. Even on auto save. I lost a post.

Oh well, on to happier things. Someone knocked on my door this morning and told me today would be a brilliant day to reminisce on my youth.

So i did, i dug out my Sailor Moon CD collection from under a pile of really old movies. (Clash of the Titans anyone?) and put it into the new and improved system of the 2007 future.

Miraculously it still worked.

I cruise through the disclaimer that says: Suitable for all ages

To find that while they have got the children's attention fixated on the girls changing into pretty costumes, they play some serious adult undertones to the whole thing.

First an alien dude falls in love with a guy when they are young and they sleep together. He goes off to search for a flower to bring back to him.

The alien comes back with a killer flower and holds the guys hands and says that he has the perfect flower for him.

At this point i would like to add that Sailor Moon is starting to look unnecessary except at the point where she saves him, which plays on the whole feminist aspects of thing i suppose.

So while i gaze at this blatant exposure to homosexuality, Sailor Mercury makes a comment :" It wouldn't be surprising that guys are attracted to Damien too."

So one of my favourite shows when i was young wasn't so innocent after all.

I should have known better especially since the Characters cross-dressed a lot.

Ironside is in Kinokuniya.

Must. Have. Book.

I feel the urge to steal, who's up for a midnight heist?

I came back home and I forgot which toothbrush I used to use.

This will be a short post because i am not ready to post about CAP yet partly because the pictures aren't done ,the video isn't done either and i haven't figured out how to format the post.

Yes,I need a format.

But i would just like to say i loved CAP.The people, the atmosphere, the lessons, the weird green plastic beds, filming...

This could go on forever, it will just go on the list tomorrow.

Suffering from CAP withdrawal symptom.

edit/ I'm gone for 5days and someone decides to build a Harry Potter Theme Park in Florida.
