Elevator Music?

How i survived my first press conference.

The first impression was how MASSIVE the whole SPH building is.To get to the back of the building you had to actually travel quite a distance.
The first thing that i heard when i stepped into the builing was a bush of boys crowinding around the door of the room saying " Like 4/5 of them are girls" quite rudely i should add.

Maybe i should have kicked him.

The press confrence room was cool.There was about 50 chairs set up so guess there must have been about 15 schools there.Vanessa and Yuling betted that the plants in the room was fake.

They were real.

They set up a powerpoint scrren that was unecessary so much for that visual aid.
Then the sub-editor of LIFE! came along.
He sat down told us how not to ask stupid questions and how to fight for the mike to ask questions.He gave us a live demo,his co-host pretended to be jeniffer aniston.She faked an accent very well.

Then Ng Chee Yang came.*royal fanfare*
Am i boring you guys because seriously.The whole thing was quite dry.

I coulden't wandering ,if they got him so that we could like practice on him.
Someone who was a celebrity but someone who wasn't celebrity enough that he wouldn't entertain journelist wannabes.

Thus so,i sat there trying to think of question under the urging of the teacher-in-charge to think up of questions to ask a stranger i have completely no information on.Then Chee Yang was up there answering the other journalist question.He wasn't very articulate.teacher-in-charge was muttering about his english all the time when he was speaking.Lol.

Vanessa knew him better because,he was her sisters friend,friend? something ... but she managed to think of some questions but progress was slow.

Finally we got up to ask a question,its strange to have your voice echo off the walls of the room.

Vanessa speculated that he had a nanny because a woman helped him carry his bag and stuff.He so does not,its manners that the staff helps the guest carry his stuff *snort*

That ends My first press conference.Not particularly exciting.Not a complete lack of time either.It was fun while it lasted.
