What with their dim lighting,dusty shelves and all sorts of stuff most from China.
Besides you get to meet very interesting people.
For example, you might just run across your resident lao ah pek. Shifting slightly from side to side, a big jade ring oh his finger. His nose seem to be permenantly occupied with a tube...Those that you stick in your nose to clear you blockage of snot. Like this:
I don't really get how they stand it though,wandering arounding with a tube stuck out of their noses.
Oh yes they there is your aunties, you never seem to fail to catch them talking to the shopkeeper.You stand patiently(not) waiting for them to finish their coversation at the counter,while tuning in to the constant hot topics of the school examinations oh and the tuition fees
Ofcourse the fad of golden highlighted hair and reddish borwn hair still seems to be well-loved by the aunties.
